Linnfields For the restoration of the Alexander and James Linn* Homestead, Steve received the first ever Remodeler of the Year Award by the Somerset-Morris Home Builder's Association. The 18th Century Federal and Dutch Colonial Farmhouse, listed on the NJ and National Registry of Historic Homes, was restored to its original grandeur with all the conveniences of modern life installed 'incognito'.
